Vicky Lyle, Vice President of Industry Associations at Owens & Minor, spearheads the company's global engagement with industry and trade organizations. With over three decades of experience in supply chain management, she brings a wealth of business and technical expertise to the table. Vicky serves on the executive boards of Professional Women in Healthcare (PWH) and Healthcare Supplier Diversity Alliance (HSDA), showcasing her commitment to diversity and leadership development within the industry.

A seasoned speaker, moderator, and workshop facilitator, Vicky shares insights on leadership, career development, and various industry topics like healthcare supply chain and third-party logistics (3PL). She is also the founder of Coach Lyle, LLC, leveraging her expertise as a trained coach and certified John Maxwell Team DISC Consultant.

Previously, Vicky served as Operating Vice President, Service Line Strategy, overseeing the development and implementation of clinical inventory solutions and service line operations. Throughout her tenure, she has led strategic initiatives including business acquisitions, distribution center strategy, and the establishment of Owens & Minor's Third Party Logistics (3PL) service offering.

Vicky graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Business Administration from Averett University, underscoring her dedication to academic excellence and professional growth.

Sara Henderson is the System Vice President of Supply Chain and Sustainability for Avera Health, an integrated health system comprised of more than 300 locations in 100 communities across the Upper Midwest.

Sara has 20 years of experience in finance, supply chain and healthcare leadership. She supports a transparent, metrics-driven approach to supply chain management while developing and aligning key stakeholders, including healthcare administrators, physicians and clinicians, to develop solutions for deployment across the organization for the benefit of the patient. She leads the supply chain category management and strategic sourcing, contracting, purchasing, distribution center, courier, inventory management and hospital supply chain operations. Within the scope of supply chain contracts includes IT software and equipment, medical equipment and building service agreements and select clinical purchased services categories.

Sara received a Master in Business Administration degree from University of South Dakota and a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from the University of South Dakota. In 2023, Sara was recognized by The Journal of Healthcare Contracting as one of “Ten People to Watch in Healthcare Contracting.” She received the Avera Spirit of Stewardship 2021 Award from the Avera Quality Congress for her steadfast leadership during the COVID response. She received the Bellwether League Future Famer recognition in 2019 for her accomplishments in item master standardization across the health system and maximizing the link between supply chain and revenue cycle. Early in her supply chain career, Sara was recognized as a Future Supply Chain Leader by the Journal of Healthcare Contracting.

Megan Arnzen is the Regional Vice President of the Central Commercial Team at Owens & Minor. She brings over 13 years of medical-surgical distribution experience to her role and is known for her collaborative leadership style and customer-first mindset. Megan has built trusted relationships that drive results and deliver value across the healthcare continuum. Her ability to align customer needs with tailored solutions has made her a respected partner within the industry.

She holds a degree in Healthcare Sales from St. Catherine University and launched her career at Allina Health as a nursing assistant, building a foundation in patient care that enhances her commercial expertise.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time outdoors with her growing family, recharging in nature while staying connected to what matters most.
