Change is constant - in our workplaces, the healthcare industry, and our personal lives. This Mentor Circle will focus on empowering women to navigate change with confidence, resilience, and clarity. We will discuss strategies for adapting to organizational shifts and staying agile in a rapidly evolving medical landscape, alongside understanding how personal transitions influence professional growth. Participants will gain practical tools, peer support, and new perspectives on turning change into opportunity.
