Vicky Lyle, Vice President of Industry Associations at Owens & Minor, spearheads the company's global engagement with industry and trade organizations. With over three decades of experience in supply chain management, she brings a wealth of business and technical expertise to the table. Vicky serves on the executive boards of Professional Women in Healthcare (PWH) and Healthcare Supplier Diversity Alliance (HSDA), showcasing her commitment to diversity and leadership development within the industry.

A seasoned speaker, moderator, and workshop facilitator, Vicky shares insights on leadership, career development, and various industry topics like healthcare supply chain and third-party logistics (3PL). She is also the founder of Coach Lyle, LLC, leveraging her expertise as a trained coach and certified John Maxwell Team DISC Consultant.

Previously, Vicky served as Operating Vice President, Service Line Strategy, overseeing the development and implementation of clinical inventory solutions and service line operations. Throughout her tenure, she has led strategic initiatives including business acquisitions, distribution center strategy, and the establishment of Owens & Minor's Third Party Logistics (3PL) service offering.

Vicky graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Business Administration from Averett University, underscoring her dedication to academic excellence and professional growth.

Laura Kowalczyk, JD, MPH, CMRP is the Vice President of Supply Chain Services for UAB Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama. Laura has been in her current position for 7 years. In this position, she is responsible for the strategic direction of UAB Medicine’s end to end Supply Chain including Procurement; Strategic Sourcing; Performance Analytics; Resource Utilization and Distribution and Logistics.

Laura holds a law degree from Cumberland School of Law; a Masters of Public Health from the University of Alabama Birmingham (UAB) and a Masters Certificate in Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety from UAB. She is a licensed attorney in Florida and Nevada and serves on several industry boards and councils including the Past Chair of the Association for Healthcare Materials Managers (AHRMM) under the American Hospital Association (AHA); Member of the Healthcare Industry Distributors Association (HIDA) Supply Chain Collaborative; and Member of the Inclusive Procurement Council under the Birmingham Business Alliance. Laura is very active in supporting UAB and local advocacy serving as a board member of the Birmingham Literacy Council; Chair-elect of the UAB Women in Healthcare Leadership (WIHL) mentoring committee; and Co-Chair of the UAB Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council. Laura was recently recognized by the Journal of Healthcare Contracting as one of 2023’s Top Ten Women Leaders in Supply Chain.

Prior to undertaking her career in healthcare administration, Laura’s legal career encompassed health law, medical civil litigation and corporate strategic sourcing and contracting. Laura navigated her career into healthcare operations where she has had the opportunity to utilize her background and experience to foster the development and implementation of unique business strategies across the healthcare continuum.
