Mary Beth Spencer, Director of Congressional Relations, HIDA
Mary Beth Spencer joined the HIDA Government Affairs team in 2016. She advocates on key federal policy issues affecting the healthcare supply chain. Prior to working at HIDA, Mary Beth worked on Capitol Hill for Congressman Greg Walden (R-OR), Ranking Member of the Energy and Commerce Committee and former Chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee. Additionally, she spent time in political fundraising, having managed the national fundraising efforts for Governor Linda Lingle’s 2012 bid for the United States Senate in Hawaii. Mary Beth earned her B.A. in Political Science from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY and her Master’s degree in Legislative Affairs at the George Washington School of Political Management in Washington, DC.
