Webinar: Deep Talk about Women’s Leadership in Our Industry

Are you curious about the state of women’s leadership, 22 years after Professional Women in Healthcare (PWH) began its mission?

The PWH Cultural Inclusion & Diversity (CID) Committee invites you to join PWH Executive Leaders as we review the 2026 PWH Insights Paper, State of Professional Women in Healthcare.

Through analysis of the annual PWH Member Survey, the paper examines how women perceive their career progression, organizational support, and conditions that influence their ability to lead and achieve organizational goals. Additional analysis provides insights and practical strategies to help industry leaders attract, develop, and retain high-value talent while strengthening organizational performance and the healthcare supply chain’s ability to support better patient outcomes.
