Maggie Davis joined HIDA in May 2025 as the Director, Government Affairs. Previously, she served as the Director of State Health Policy at the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO) from 2020-2025. Earlier in her career she worked as a law and policy consultant with expertise in public health emergencies. A lawyer and bioethicist by training, Maggie is licensed to practice law in New York and the District of Columbia and lives in Northern Virginia with her dog, Goose.

Director, Congressional on Public Relations

Wyeth Ruthven has served at HIDA for four years as Director of Congressional on Public Relations, where he manages HIDA's annual Washington fly-in and advocates for the legislative priorities of the medical supply chain on Capitol Hill. Wyeth previously served as Vice President for Corporate Reputation and Media Training at the public relations firm MSL Group, where he advised providers such as HCA Healthcare and Envision Physician Services, plus trade associations like American Pharmacists Association, Alzheimer's Association, and Association for Community Affiliated Plans.
