While… Harnessing the creativity, authenticity & emotion that makes you YOU!

We begin by introducing traditional storytelling frameworks, and then evolving those concepts into our business-based strategic storytelling arc. This framework serves as a foundation for crafting compelling business stories and presentations that are targeted to the audience needs.

We accomplish this by focusing on three main areas:

Part 1 – Understanding Your Audience

Learn key concepts of segmenting your audience, understanding their needs, and creating audience personas that will allow you to ultimately craft a story that is targeted at your audience’s main interests.

Part 2 – Crafting Your Story

Develop your business story and accompanying presentation storyboards using traditional storytelling tools, techniques, and concepts as a guide. Explore traditional storytelling frameworks and relate those concepts to the business-based strategic storytelling arc. This serves as a foundation for crafting compelling business stories and presentations that are targeted to the audience needs that were identified in Part 1 of the program.

Part 3 – Presenting Your Story

Learn and expand the five key skills needed to effectively present and communicate your business story to your targeted audience.

  • Presence – How you carry yourself and the image you choose to portray.
  • Projection – Amplifying your presence to ensure that your message is received.
  • Timing – Delivering your story in an order and pace that will maximize its impact.
  • Engagement – Making connections with your audience to hold their attention.
  • Authenticity – Being true to yourself and to the messages you wish to convey.

Note: Presenting your story can be in front of an audience, on the phone or via email. Leverage these skills to fit your delivery method.
