Webinar: Using Organizational
Savvy and Judgment
to Drive Decision Making

Will I mess it up? What if I’m wrong? Making decisions is difficult. And there are many reasons we fail to make good decisions. We might over‐think or over‐complicate an issue. We may take too long to reach a conclusion and we’re often struck with a terrible fear of making mistakes.

This session will help participants solve this problem. They’ll learn to make smarter, more timely, and more thoughtful decisions. We provide a systematic approach so participants can make decisions easily and with more confidence. When you take the time to follow a logical decision‐making process, you’ll be amazed at the results they can achieve.

Individuals who will benefit from this course include new and experienced managers, supervisors, team leaders, and individuals who want to enhance their ability to make decisions.

Session Objectives
• Use a systematic approach to make decisions.
• Be able to make smarter, more informed decisions.
• Make decisions faster and with more confidence.
• Be better able to overcome indecisiveness.
• Have a method for justifying decisions to others.
