Mentor Circle:
Setting Goals to
Bring More Balance
to Work and Life

PWH Mentor Circles are a group mentoring program that enables professionals of all levels to come together to discuss and share knowledge on a topic. PWH Mentor Circles are made up of one Circle Leader and 10-15 Circle Members. The Circle Leader ensures the participation of all those members who would like to contribute to each conversation.  PWH Mentor Circles meet two times a month over three months to discuss the chosen topic and may evolve into a longer conversation over time.

You can have it all, just not all at once. There is a tendency for women to think they can do everything and do it well, this leads to burnout among other mental health issues. Many people resolve to make changes and set goals at the start of a year. This Mentor Circle will bring together professionals who are looking to bring greater clarity, direction, and purpose to their lives.  Each participant will share their experiences with seeking balance, attempting to gain balance and, ultimately, clearly define what balances means for them.
