PWH® Mentor Circles are a group mentoring program that enables professionals of all levels to come together to discuss and share knowledge on a topic. PWH® Mentor Circles are made up of one Circle Leader and six to ten Circle Members. The Circle Leader ensures the participation of all those members who would like to contribute to each conversation. PWH® Mentor Circles meet two times a month over three months to discuss the chosen topic and may evolve into a longer conversation over time.
After two of the most overwhelming years in most of our lives, many professionals are questioning how they spend their time, at home and at work. The “Great Resignation” shows us how many people are not content in their current roles. However, there are things that can be done by leaders and employees to increase contentment at work.
This Mentor Circle will focus on sharing information between Circle Members on how they found or lost contentment at work. Circle Members will share actionable ideas and discuss what exactly contentment means to them. At the end of the Circle, members can expect to have greater clarity on how they can influence their own, and their colleagues’, contentment at work.
Note: There will be a maximum of 10 people in each Mentor Circle, registration will close once the circle is full and a waitlist will begin.
