PWH Mentor Circles are a group mentoring program that enables professionals of all levels to come together to discuss and share knowledge on a topic. PWH Mentor Circles are made up of one Circle Leader and 10-15 Circle Members. The Circle Leader ensures the participation of all those members who would like to contribute to each conversation. PWH Mentor Circles meet two times a month over three months to discuss the chosen topic and may evolve into a longer conversation over time.
If you have asked yourself, where do I belong, or you are seeking to find a place where you belong, you are not alone. Belonging is one of our most important needs. In fact, belonging means that you feel accepted, included, or a part of something bigger than you. During this mentoring circle, we’ll discuss insights on the anatomy of belonging, barriers to belonging, how to authentically connect better professionally and personally, and how to foster a sense of belonging. Join us to gain insights on fostering a deep sense of acceptance, and inclusion, and finding your rightful place within a supportive community.
