This mentor circle is for women who are new to healthcare and tired of figuring things out, on their own, as they go. It’s a space to talk openly about the transition into the field, build confidence, and work through imposter syndrome alongside others who get it. Participants will share experiences, reflect on past skills, explore different career paths, and learn approachable ways to build relationships and networks so they can feel more grounded, supported, and confident as they transition and grow in healthcare.
*We kindly remind you that each member may only register for one mentor circle per season. This policy is in place to ensure maximum enrollment opportunities for all members and to foster a deeper commitment and engagement within each mentor circle. Thank you.
