Many women do not know their own strengths. They tend to focus on perceived weaknesses, spending time comparing themselves to others rather than focusing on where they can have the most meaningful impact. Not knowing what makes you exceptional puts you at the mercy of others to determine your strengths, and often your position, at work. This program will offer a step-by-step approach to identifying your strengths and give you the confidence to share them with the world.
