Webinar: Transforming New Year’s Resolutions into Positive Life Affirmations

Almost every person resolves to change negative behaviors on January first. The good news is we can make these changes after that date, on it, or before it! The key is not willpower, but being open to change and be willing to start over in case of a break in a new routine. If we go about altering too radically, not only will we not produce quality results, we will most likely quit altogether without reaching any of our goals. We can resolve on any given day to change our habits incrementally and not be disappointed. The message is NEVER GIVE UP.

Learning Objectives:
  • How to create more effective New Year's Resolutions
  • Discuss physical wellness and how we can make subtle changes in our physical routines that are realistic
  • Open the conversation about mental health and discuss removing the preconceived notions and stigma formerly attached to speaking out
