Speakers:
Monica Davy
As the Chief Culture, Belonging and Impact Officer at Vizient, Inc., Monica Davy guides overarching strategy, program implementation and ongoing support for the company’s Culture, DEI, Engagement, Community Impact and Corporate Responsibility initiatives. Davy has more than 29 years of workforce diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, supplier diversity, cultural transformation, EEO, civil rights and alternative dispute resolution experience. Her previous work included leading the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Office of Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity Management as acting director and serving as senior trial attorney at the Department of Health and Human Services where she litigated cases involving employment discrimination and federal personnel matters.
Natasha Jackson, PharmaD
Natasha Jackson is the Director of Training and Education at Enclara Pharmacia where she leads a team responsible for the development and delivery of clinical education, workflow and technology training, and professional development for hospice clinicians and leadership. Prior to this role, she served as a Clinical Pharmacist Manager at Enclara Pharmacia, supporting hospice partners in improving quality and financial outcomes through appropriate medication management. Natasha has also worked as a clinical pharmacy administrator, heading multiple pharmacy initiatives and managing clinical services offered to patients. Natasha earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, College of Pharmacy and completed a post-graduate pharmacy practice residency at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Houston, TX. Natasha serves as the chair of the Enclara Pharmacia Inclusion & Diversity Council and leads that team alongside fellow panelist Aminah McGill. She is also the chair of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Committee for the American Pharmacists Association. Natasha has been a member of Professional Women in Healthcare since 2022, serving on the Cultural Inclusion & Diversity Committee throughout that time. She is the 2023 recipient of the PWH Jana Quinn Inspirational Award and serves as a mentor to women both in and outside of PWH. Personally, Natasha is mom to three boys, Mason (13), Caden (11), and Gavin (9) and has been married to her amazing husband Nygel for 18 years. She resides in Houston, TX and enjoys traveling, cooking with her kids, reading a good book, and volunteering in her community.
Joe Machicote
Joe spent the first 10 years of his career in the hotel and dining operations industry and has nearly 30 years of experience working in the fields of HR and Diversity and Inclusion. He has held multiple senior leadership roles throughout his career. Partnering with the CEO, Executive Team, and other stakeholders across Premier, Joe serves as the organizational leader in the company responsible for creating an expansive and far-reaching vision and strategic plan to enhance and formalize a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within the company by driving the development, implementation, and integration of best practices, resources, and trends to increase diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural proficiency and serves as Premier's spokesperson on matters related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Prior to joining Premier Inc., Joe was the SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Diversity Officer for Erickson Living, a large continuing care retirement community organization. Joe has also held roles as Vice President of HR & Organizational Development and Chief Diversity Officer at Snyder's-Lance, a leading manufacturer of snack foods, and Chief Diversity Officer, Vice President of Relations Development, Division Director of HR, Director of HR and Training, and Sr. Director of Foodservice and Dining Operations at Compass Group, a global contract dining and services organization. During his career, Joe has had responsibility for all aspects of HR and Organizational Development, which include creating high performing teams, cultural development, diversity and inclusion, workforce planning, rewards and recognition, talent management, employee relations, learning & development, talent acquisition, policy and procedure, payroll, compensation and benefits. Joe has a passion for community service and has chaired several Community Boards following his passion for food and nutrition, education, culture, diversity and inclusion and the advancement of under-privileged and at-risk individuals. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Marketing from Manhattanville College
Aminah McGill
Aminah has a B.A in Accounting, a Master’s in Business Administration, and a Certification in Fraud Examination. She has worked in various industries including healthcare, payroll compliance specializing in multi-employer benefit funds, and management for commerce retailers. Currently, Aminah works at Enclara Pharmacia (owned by Dragonfly Health), as the Director of Revenue Cycle overseeing the Billing, Collections, & Internal Audit teams. Enclara is a leading mail-order pharmacy & PBM in the US providing various pharmacy solutions for hospice and palliative care communities. My role within the organization is full cycle management of the revenue from invoice creation, delivery and collection of payment. This also includes a comprehensive process improvement function within Internal Audit to support the enterprise’s overall profitability using various data driven technique and cross collaborating often with various functions. Aminah is the Co-Lead for Enclara’s Inclusion & Diversity Council with fellow panelist Natasha Jackson. They are both active participants in PWH and have mentored multiple women both in and outside of PWH. In addition to PWH, she has served on the leadership board for Humana’s IMPACT NRG - advocating with and for African American associates. Outside of work she is a mom of one 5-year-old boy, Jace and wife to husband Vince. She enjoys quality time with loved ones, traveling to new places, exploring new experiences, and maintaining a growth mindset both in and outside the workplace!
