PWH Mentor Circles
PWH Mentor Circles is a group mentoring program that enables professionals at all levels to come together to discuss and share knowledge on a topic. PWH Mentor Circles are made up of one Circle Leader and 10-15 Circle Members. The Circle Leader ensures the participation of all those members who would like to contribute to each conversation. The Mentor Circles meet 5 times over 10 weeks to discuss the chosen topic and may evolve into a longer conversation over time. Please read below to learn more about our Mentor Circle topics. Spring registration now open!
*We kindly remind you that each member may only register for one mentor circle per season (i.e. Spring 2026). This policy is in place to ensure maximum enrollment opportunities for all members and to foster a deeper commitment and engagement within each mentor circle. Thank you.

AI But Make It Marketing
AI is rapidly influencing how we think about content, messaging, efficiency, and scale, yet, it can still feel overwhelming or unclear. Guided by thoughtful discussion, we’ll explore how AI is showing up in healthcare marketing and communications today, what’s working, what’s not, and what questions we should be asking as leaders. The focus will be on mindset, decision-making, and responsible adoption of AI. No AI experience or expertise is expected. Participants are encouraged to bring curiosity, questions, and real-world scenarios as we collectively build clarity and confidence around AI’s role in our work.
Participants must work in Marketing or Communications Roles to participate in this Mentor Circle.

This mentor circle is for women who are new to healthcare and tired of figuring things out, on their own, as they go. It’s a space to talk openly about the transition into the field, build confidence, and work through imposter syndrome alongside others who get it.
