Jennifer McCluskey
Coach, Speaker and Career Strategist
Jennifer McCluskey is an ICF-Certified Coach, Speaker, and Career Strategist who has worked with hundreds of individual clients and thousands of workshop participants of all ages, levels, and industries to help them find more direction, happiness, and success in their careers and lives. She holds a Masters Degree in Adult Learning and Human Resource Development from Virginia Commonwealth University and certifications in Career Consulting, Life Coaching, Professional Resume Writing, and Myers-Briggs.
Before starting her private career coaching and consulting business, Jennifer served as Lead Facilitator and Career Consultant at Capital One’s Career Development Center and as a Career Advisor and Instructor at Virginia Commonwealth University’s Career Center.

In healthcare, Audrey has advised leading academic medical centers, major multi-state health systems, global medtech manufacturers, and specialty medical associations—helping them strengthen succession, leadership capability, and culture at scale. She is known for turning complex talent challenges into clear, practical action plans that leaders can execute.
