MomBoss Method: Achieving Health, Power, and Purpose Without Burnout
Women in healthcare and professional leadership roles are often expected to be everything to everyone—at work, at home, and in their communities. Over time, this constant over-functioning can quietly lead to exhaustion, burnout, and even serious health consequences.
In this inspiring and practical session, leadership coach and corporate executive Liz Ring Carlson shares her personal journey of burnout and recovery—and the mindset shifts that helped her reclaim her health, confidence, and sense of purpose. While rooted in her experience as a working mother, the MomBoss Method is not about motherhood—it’s about learning to become the CEO of your own life, regardless of your title, role, or season.
Attendees will explore how old stories, fears, and self-doubt can unconsciously drive overwork and self-neglect—and how to replace them with intentional leadership, healthier boundaries, and aligned decision-making.

This session is designed for women who want to lead with strength, sustainability, and purpose—without sacrificing their health in the process.
