Course: Leverage Your Unique Strengths to Succeed in a Hybrid Environment

Written by Professional Women in Healthcare | 06/30/2023

Many employees find themselves in a hybrid or fully remote work environment, struggling to stand out or even perform effectively. Through this two-session course, you will:

  • Identify and understand your personal strengths and natural contributions to interactions with others in the workplace.
  • Improve collaboration and leadership by discovering what challenges may hold you back and methods that will enable you to function at your best.
  • Explore the differences between in person, hybrid or remote work environments and find behaviors to modify based on your uniqueness, that will support your engagement and leadership in the virtual workspace.

This course includes the Clifton Strengths Finder 2.0 assessment to identify top strengths and a Meyers Briggs assessment.  The results will be utilized for personal discovery and discussion.  Participants will come away with new approaches and behaviors that compliment their natural strengths, enabling success in a hybrid work environment.
