Kacey Litz is a Quality professional with over 20 years of experience in all areas of site and global quality systems and quality assurance within Pharmaceutical and Medical Device manufacturing, currently serving as the Associate Director of Quality Systems Excellence at B. Braun Medical Inc.  Kacey is a member of the Mentoring Committee at Professional Women In Healthcare and participates on the Mentor Recruiting and Support subcommittee.  Kacey holds a degree in Food Science from University of Florida and an MBA from University of Central Florida.

Michele works for Conductiv and utilizes her 25+ years of experience in purchased services to bring solutions to her member hospitals. She has spent a good portion of her career creating solutions that bring value to all stakeholders. As a strong advocate for mentoring, she has used that same consultative approach to assist in the development of formal, as well as informal mentoring programs. Michele worked closely with diversity leaders on a mentoring program that went on to win several awards. She has volunteered for an Emerging Leaders program designed to develop strategic leadership skills that will prepare the future leaders of the organization through a variety of experiences in an action learning environment. She has presented at a variety of conferences on topics such as communicating across differences and strategic leadership and has engaged with various organizations to present on leadership and diversity.

Krysta Swanson has 10+ years of experience working in broadline distribution, food sales, and foodservice management. Krysta currently works at Provista as a Program Services Manager on the Culinary Solutions Team, supporting our hospitality members. Krysta is a member of the Mentoring Committee at Professional Women in Healthcare and contributes on the Group Mentoring subcommittee. Krysta holds a degree in Dietetics from University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Jamie Terran is a marketing and training expert with over a decade of experience in healthcare and biotechnology, currently serving as the VP of Marketing and Education at Propper Manufacturing Company.  Jamie is a member of the Mentoring Committee at Professional Women In Healthcare. She is a part of the subcommittee working to develop the new Group Mentoring program, Mentor Circles. She believes in the immense value of having a strong network to develop professionally; filled with mentors who help you grow and mentees whom you support. Jamie holds a degree in Biology from Brown University and is a Certified Career Coach.
