Mentoring Circle: Making the Most of Mentoring - As a Mentor and a Mentee - SESSION FULL

Written by Professional Women in Healthcare | 07/22/2022

This session is full. Please look at the other available mentor circles.

PWH® Mentor Circles are a group mentoring program that enables professionals of all levels to come together to discuss and share knowledge on a topic. PWH® Mentor Circles are made up of one Circle Leader and six to ten Circle Members. The Circle Leader ensures the participation of all those members who would like to contribute to each conversation.  PWH® Mentor Circles meet two times a month over three months to discuss the chosen topic and may evolve into a longer conversation over time.

The Mentor/Mentee relationship is an essential part of success for many professionals. Growth and learning from someone who has greater or different experiences from your own can be the most valuable education available. However, many people are not sure how to maximize their mentoring experience, as a Mentor or a Mentee. This Mentor Circle will allow open conversation around mentoring as we discuss the benefits and challenges of a mentoring relationship and share collective wisdom to maximize your experience in a one-to-one partnership. Mentor Circle members can expect to come away from this Circle feeling empowered and prepared to be supportive and effective mentors and effective and productive mentees, based upon the collective knowledge shared.

Note: There will be a maximum of 10 people in each Mentor Circle, registration will close once the Circle is full and a waitlist will begin.
