Mentor Circle: Beyond the Deck - Impactful Communication and Presentation Skills with Valerie Dennis

PWH Mentor Circles are a group mentoring program that enables professionals of all levels to come together to discuss and share knowledge on a topic. PWH Mentor Circles are made up of one Circle Leader and 10-15 Circle Members. The Circle Leader ensures the participation of all those members who would like to contribute to each conversation.  PWH Mentor Circles meet two times a month over three months to discuss the chosen topic and may evolve into a longer conversation over time.

Valerie Dennis is a sales champion whose specialty is transformation and high performing teams. She led national/global teams across multiple industries including healthcare to create next-level growth. From that experience, she formed her own consulting company specializing in commercial execution, management development and sales training.

With over 20 years of experience in sales management and training, Valerie has helped teams shift strategy, elevate sales performance, and build a sustainable playbook. Her approach is collaborative, leveraging the collective expertise of an organization to create value and growth.  

Her true passion is coaching and development, specifically enabling women to achieve their own next-level growth. Throughout her career, she has been an active DEI champion and sponsor, supporting grassroots initiatives and leading formal programs. Wherever possible, she serves as a mentor to honor the practice of paying it forward.
