Mentor Circle: Beyond the Deck - Impactful Communication and Presentation Skills with Lauren McCann

PWH Mentor Circles are a group mentoring program that enables professionals of all levels to come together to discuss and share knowledge on a topic. PWH Mentor Circles are made up of one Circle Leader and 10-15 Circle Members. The Circle Leader ensures the participation of all those members who would like to contribute to each conversation.  PWH Mentor Circles meet two times a month over three months to discuss the chosen topic and may evolve into a longer conversation over time.

Lauren is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and has been in the medical device industry for over sixteen years. She has had a successful sales career, having held positions in both the distribution and manufacturing sides of the business. She currently works as a Senior Ambulatory Care Specialist for B. Braun managing large customer portfolios in the outpatient market segment. Her efforts have resulted in increased sales revenues, improved relationships with customers, and development of strategic selling techniques. All which have yielded her multiple sales excellence awards over the years including rep of the year in 2019.

Lauren believes being a sales professional requires communication and presentation skills, which are two areas she is passionate about. She is motivated to grow professionally and personally with other PWH members in an environment that encourages a learning mentality.
