This five-week series focuses on the role of the “invisible manager”—professionals who are responsible for outcomes without formal authority—and the unique challenges they face in driving results through influence rather than hierarchy. It emphasizes building credibility, trust, and strong relationships early to effectively align stakeholders and navigate cross-functional dynamics.
Participants learn how to create accountability without authority, communicate with clarity, and manage resistance while maintaining collaboration. The series concludes by helping individuals make their impact visible, strengthen their influence, and define a path for continued growth—whether or not they pursue formal leadership roles.

Kelsey is a Strategic Program Manager with Premier's Continuum of Care team who is passionate about helping people and organizations move ideas into action. Throughout her career, she has built strong partnerships across teams and suppliers, bringing clarity and structure to complex challenges while keeping people at the center of the work. Kelsey enjoys creating practical solutions, improving processes, and helping others navigate ambiguity with confidence. Her experience in healthcare, supplier engagement, and strategic program management has shaped her collaborative approach to leadership and problem-solving.
As a mentor, Kelsey will lead conversations around Leading Up—sharing practical strategies for building trust, communicating with influence, managing through ambiguity, and becoming a valued partner to leaders at any level of an organization.
Kelsey resides in Michigan with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring with her daughter, dancing across the country, and helping parents navigate pregnancy through toddlerhood.
