Beyond Today - Succession Planning for Organizational Growth

Attending the HIDA Streamlining Healthcare Expo & Business Exchange? Join us for an insightful discussion on succession planning.

This presentation provides a comprehensive overview of the essential role that succession planning plays in ensuring organizational sustainability and growth. Attendees will explore the strategic advantages of proactive succession planning, such as enhancing risk management, boosting employee retention, and strengthening organizational resilience. Attendees will also be introduced to the 9-box grid for effective talent assessment and mapping. By the end of the workshop, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and tools to implement a robust succession planning process tailored to their organization’s goals, paving the way for long-term success. The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion led by Ashleigh McLaughlin, the incoming Chair for PWH, featuring industry leaders who have successfully integrated succession planning into their companies
