Webinar:
How Women Rise

Women are breaking barriers at a faster pace than previous decades and yet, we can still get in our way of our full potential. Behind the scenes, we may struggle with self-defeating behaviors like excessive worry, how we navigate the workplace, our expectations of ourselves and others, and even our trust in the narrative that good work will be rewarded. In this webinar, we will explore how our internal lens, our actions, and inactions impact our journey, and how to gain control for a productive career.

The session highlights the book “How Women Rise” (authored by Sally Helgesen and Marshall Goldsmith) and it’s significant for two reasons: It can you help you, and you can use it to help other women.

Learning Objectives
• Learn the 12 self-defeating behaviors
• Identify your own self-defeating habits
• Create a roadmap to take back control
• Learn how to leverage these concepts to pay-it-forward

This session is built to be informative and interactive. Feel free to read the book beforehand, it’s a great investment in your time and you!
