Kay Olson started at the ground floor of Enron, a Fortune 7 company,
and rose to its 20 person executive committee. She experienced the
euphoria of being part of the leadership team that has received
countless accolades for being one of the best places in America to work,
as well as one of the most innovative, only to see it all come crashing
down in a matter of months.
The first Enron executive to testify in front of the United States House and United States Senate, Cindy authored the book, “The Whole Truth So Help me God”. She witnessed the demise of one of the most complex and successful businesses in recent American History. Through her unique experiences, she helps companies avoid the consequences of a corporate culture that turns toxic with greed and arrogance, and coaches companies to truly listen to their employees.

Rayona has been teaching and consulting on Women’s Leadership, Diversity/Inclusion, and Gender Partnership for 25+ years. She is one of the first in the nation to foresee that “more women” isn’t the sole solution to an organization’s problems. Rather, it is more women and men working in partnership and leveraging each other’s strengths that will make a difference in the profits and productivity of our companies—and our world.
