All PWH® memberships are individual in nature (non-transferrable) and non-refundable.

Member  - Any woman actively engaged as a professional in the healthcare industry may become a Regular Member of the Corporation upon application to the Corporation that is approved by the Chairwoman of the Membership Committee.  Regular Members have all of the rights and privileges set forth in the Bylaws, including the right to vote on such matters as are set forth herein as matters to be voted on by the Members and the right to serve as officers, directors, and/or committee members of the Corporation.

Corporate Member - Discounted membership rate for women employed by a PWH® Corporate Partner company.  

Associate Member - An individual that does not otherwise meet the requirements of a Regular Member may become an Associate Member of the Corporation upon application to the Corporation subsequently approved by the Chairwoman of the Membership Committee and Chairwoman of the Corporation.  Associate member will receive all rights and privileges of Regular Members, excluding eligibility to vote or hold office.  Associate member is eligible to serve on PWH committees. Candidates are not limited to the healthcare industry or female gender.
